How can I apply?
The quickest way is to call the location that is most convenient for you, or you can submit an inquiry online and a representative will contact you the same day. If you inquire after 6pm, we will contact you by 10am the next business day.
How much can I borrow?
Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request.
Does my credit line ever increase?
Yes. We re-evaluate your account each time you bring new information in to us and may periodically raise your loan limit up to the amount allowed by state and federal regulations.
What options do I have when my loan is due?
You can always make a payment or pay in full without a penalty. We can conveniently withdraw payments from the account provided. Other payment options may be available to you too, call for more information.
Are your services confidential?
We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information and information regarding all transactions completely confidential. All data is stored on servers hosted by companies like IBM and Microsoft. Data is transmitted using encrypted file formatting and the site is protected with SSL certification.
Do you check my credit rating?
No, we do not pull your credit report to qualify you for a payday advance.
What are your days and hours of operation?
All store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.
Who can I contact if I have a suggestion, comment or complaint?
